2. Processing of enquiries
When you contact us via form, e-mail or phone, we process your details (name, contact data, enquiry) solely to handle your request and to initiate a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Data is not shared with third parties except processors (e.g. Formspree as form service, Art. 28 GDPR).
3. Advertising tracking (gclid)
For enquiries via Google Ads, the gclid parameter (Google Click ID) is transmitted to attribute the source of the enquiry, based on our legitimate interest in measuring advertising (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian data protection authority. Consent can be revoked at any time.
