Terms and Conditions

Mergus GmbH, Am Gestade 3, 1010 Vienna - As of August 2026

1. Scope

These terms apply to all contracts for business addresses, virtual office services, mail handling and related services between Mergus GmbH and its clients.

2. Subject of the contract

Mergus GmbH provides the client with a registered business address, accepts mail and - to the agreed extent - forwards it digitally, plus optional phone answering and meeting room services.

3. Conclusion and term

The contract is concluded upon the client's acceptance of the offer. The yearly package runs for twelve months from receipt of payment; thereafter monthly notice is possible. Monthly packages can be paid annually.

4. Prices and payment

The prices agreed at contract conclusion apply. Payments are due in advance unless agreed otherwise. No setup fees are charged.

5. Client obligations

The client undertakes to use the address solely for lawful purposes, to keep contact details current and to inform Mergus GmbH of any changes without delay.

6. Liability

Mergus GmbH is liable for damages only in cases of intent or gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law. No liability is assumed for the content or legal compliance of the client's business activities.

7. Data protection

The privacy policy of Mergus GmbH applies. Personal data is processed solely for contract performance.

8. Final provisions

Austrian law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Vienna. Amendments to these terms will be communicated to the client in writing.
